Finally when he unlatched the rusty door of the Cistern of Hope ,which he have searched over the decades of his life.He was shocked, startled and the fear of paranoia was closing in on him.The cistern was empty,dry as if life never existed.He felt abandoned falling into the abyss of the labyrinth.He locked himself up in the Cistern of Hope,never to be released again. ©termiboy The image is taken from unsplash.com
