Change EIM board 9104 but cannot download.    Origin is 9102. Will need to confirm with 9102 to move forward.                                                                                 2) TREB23, TREB17 and TREB27 prober marks out of pad on first check ( Prober    Tech. Today had down B23 for Tham to check, will continue to check tomorrow...                                                                                                                                                     3) TREB10 - Handler recovery at Prealigned error frequently happened - attended by prober tech for few times - Pls monitor. Action taken: swap epprom and burn in no issue but after rtp prob happen again after few lot.                                                                                                                                             QUAL TASK RELATED ISSUE:                                                         1) Pls take note : GPC ( Res test ) ---> Awaiting for Andrew SRU CAL head back from Tektronix.
