Today we had a long meeting for progress of the whole year projects: •       **87 Qualifications remaining** : •       On time execution + analysis & anticipation/ back-up plan  -> missed out items lessons learnt  (qual task, scopes, semitool link missed out etc ..) •       **G4 closure**: •       PR event link / flexibility follow up •       Rack ID change on time •       Staffing model & training anticipation •         **6 Tools shutdown on time** •       Line audit •       Shutdown or decontamination checklist •       On time execution •       Resources allocation to the HYT consolidation Project after organization merge. •       Daily PCRB •       SWR turn at 10.5 : Module Project owner & Production : To focus & escalate   •       T4 closure delay (min 1 week)  ->  (Alloy -> LTO)– Midas Detector Quote/PRPO/Installation late.  SWR done.– (*Lack of Focus).* •       GDSTRE01 (Paddle SD-> Nzone)/ (Lydop) / (Pzone) – Gain higher than std. Device requested to continue with EWS results.   – *(additional iPCRB request)* •       88B2 (Boron ->Pzone): JU7 re-trial (2 wafers) pending WIT1, with retrial of U87 sample and full run, *(Technical issues)* •       CHC2 (Oxidation -> Pzone) : To follow the qualification similar to 765B2.  2 wafers to send as trial & 9 trial wafer to send for SRP testing > *(additional iPCRB request)* •       5URA1 (SD-> Nzone): WIT1 OBSERVED ISSUE . PENDING WIT2. Device request for EWS instead of wit2 (as gain seen higher for swr lots) – *(additional iPCRB request)* •       4YS3 : To start qualification in W52/W01 for Pgm 15 thin oxide measurement – *(Lack of Focus / Change priorities)* •       JDUY4 (Poly-> NiTi) : STACK MEMORY FULL (NEED TO REMOVE SOME OBSELETE RECIPES FIRST) - NI SINTERING, NITI SINTERING SINCE ONLY W03 INPUT NITI *(Lack of Focus / Change priorities)* •       UYP07 (PiUYha) :  Delay in initial hookup of auto-fill due to PRPO > concurrently delay in release for 4IOP07 conversion. *(Lack of Focus)* •       1YTE1 (Nanospec backup): Focus on the above tube qualifications >  *(Change priorities)*
