PPE for semicon factory Due to the environment we are working, some area is working with some toxic gases. So we have to be very careful when handling the machine. First foremost is respirator, and the cartridge , which is supposed to change every 3 month if follow the rules strictly. Belljar coil Continue my previous journey of writing semicon life. Today i wanna talk about the belljar coil. This copper line that circulated around the belljar, is functioned to heat up the belljar and make it to etch the oxide more evenly.
