Just got a 5XX error on CoinGecko for the first time in a while! I guess that the first of the month is a particularly busy time for them as everyone is thinking about their portfolios and their monthly earnings/strategies... The value of my portfolio rose by 13.5% (in dollar terms) in March. A fifth of that came from new earnings, the rest was the result of price increases in the crypto I already held. So I'm pretty pleased with that performance! Still not back to December 2021 levels though. #cryptocurrency #hodl

I decided that the time was right to withdraw my accumulated AMPL (such as it is) from Publish0x. AMPL has a strange quality where the supply changes based on the price, however this mechanism doesn't affect the AMPL sitting on Publish0x. So to take advantage of it when AMPL is about to be bullish, you need to move your AMPL on to a wallet or exchange. #cryptocurrency #cryptotrading

I applied to use Uphold's new staking feature a few weeks ago and got put on the wait list. Today when I logged in, staking is available to me! But Uphold never sent me a notification to let me know, so I could have been waiting forever... Anyway, I'm trying it out with a little ETH that I didn't bother moving away from the platform. This might be weird, but sometimes I look at my crypto portfolio like a league table, with the individual coins and tokens competing to be top of the division. One strong performer is BFG (BetFury), which has overtaken AMPL and BNB in my personal 'league' and will soon leapfrog 1FLR too. Sorry, just one more about keyword staking on Presearch! Some people are staking insane amounts of PRE to secure the best keywords. I've just been doing some maths to see whether it would be worth paying for PipeFlare's 'casual supporter' package. It would get me an additional 4% interest on my 1FLR tokens, and as I have 25K tokens that's around 1,000 extra tokens per year (I'm not sure whether that 4% includes the effect of compounding or not). 1,000 tokens is worth $0.57 at today's prices, whereas the casual tier costs $2 *per month* - so it definitely isn't worth it.
