COIN users: I mentioned a while ago that the minimum redeem to XYO has increased from 10,000 to 50,000 COIN. Apparently that includes 10,000 COIN in gas fees! I converted some USDT to AMPL yesterday as I'm expecting an increase in AMPL market cap. Disregard the two recent spikes and there's a definite underlying upward trend - I'll hold until the next spike ($600m+) and then convert back to USDT. #CryptoTrading

It's definitely worth doing the 'earn as you learn' crypto schemes. For example I earned $10 of SAND on CoinMarketCap Earn back in December. It's 10x since then, so my holding is now just over $100. Not bad for 10 minutes' work! #Cryptocurrency

This week I've been testing out Binance flexible savings. It gives me 5% APY on my DOGE, interest paid daily. It's very straightforward to set up too, if you're already holding your coins with Binance. Not all the interest rates are that high (0.44% on BAT, anyone?) but a good low-commitment option - and might be useful for diversifying your savings platforms. #Earn

I've reached the minimum withdrawal for BNB on BetFury: 0.005, or about $1.37. There's a 0.001 withdrawal fee though, so I need to work out how often I want to move it out of BetFury to somewhere like Trust. Not sure I want to lose 20%, but equally I don't want to have too much BNB sitting in BetFury in case they make unexpected changes. #Cryptocurrency

Interesting announcement from Pi today. They are still "committed to launching the Pi Mainnet by the end of the year" and will launch Pi Wallet connecting with Pi Testnet on 31 March. I talked to someone last year whose crypto strategy was to amass a million BAT by the time it hit one dollar. At the time, with BAT around $0.20, I thought he had plenty of time. Well, BAT hit an ATH of $1.14 an hour ago - I wonder how close he got to his million BAT?

In January I set myself a new year's resolution to double the value of my crypto holdings (in fiat terms) by the end of the year. I've just achieved it - on 17 March! Really it's because of BAT. With the price currently above $1.30, it accounts for more than a quarter of my portfolio. I know it may come crashing down at any moment, but I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts.

Because I'm relatively new to crypto, and prefer earning to investing, my portfolio has always consisted almost entirely of alts rather than BTC.
