I recently read a lot more of promising opportunities which ask you for joining Discord. -Just my personal opinion: I think there are indeed a lot of them, although they got more scarce, lately. But whenever you do, beware of the dangers waiting there for you (especially in the Splinterlands channel which got a lot of influx of new users). There are so many ways bad people try to trick you giving them access to your assets, I cannot even count them. One of the more creative ways of scam happened to me last year in December when "the Discord Captcha Bot" offered me to buy Splinterlands' SPS. I mean look at the picture and name. It is so close to the legit Captcha Bot, I could have fallen for it if only I had seen any reason why a verification bot should offer me SPS to buy... #beware #scam #discord #sps

Man! Now that you said that. In December I got a personal message in Discord from Splinterlands.com for limited NFTs!!! The guys themselves!!! And the first thing I thought was... "uhmmm, why they didn't announce this on their official channel?" I immediately report them, but I wish I would have made a screenshot of it, at least. I know it was pretty obvious that they were scammers posing as Splinterlands, but many people are so impulse and go clicking around any link it appears before them. We all should be more conscious about these scams. Thank you so much for sharing this!
