Seems like a lot of people discovered the secret of renting at season's end. Thus, prices for renting explode! The cheapest legendary gold foil now goes for 200+ DEC per day... a season earlier this was much different! #Splinterlands

Renting was dirt cheap at the start and it will likely get more expensive as more players join the game. Pretty much everyone needs collection power so those golden legendaries have huge value in that regard
Do you think we have to keep in consider the propability of renting more before the big prices explosion ?
Honestly, I have no clue as I'm just playing with my own collection which makes it hard to make the exact calculations. If I was new I would more focus on learning and blogging saving up and waiting for the Chaos Legion Expansion or a time when there is some drama causing prices to drop a lot like a year ago when some of the big whales were dumping. Skill can really give you a major edge right now getting in higher ranks as efficiently as possible.
Seems a good plan for now, as i am getting along with blogging
... and don't forget to put all those cheap common cards up for rent as well. I had tons of people renting 20+ batches of a single card for 0.1 DEC/day.... baffled at first, but then on Discord someone explained that a lot of players need the extra Card Power rating to unlock the next tier, so they just grab up 100s of cheap cards they have no intention of actually playing with.
