That's apparently too much considering that Philippines inflation is lower than 7%. Why, so, though? These interest rates will only increase inflation further in the following 12-24 months if they are the normal rates from the Central Bank.

  That's why Taiwan bank opened branch bank in Asia country. Earn from their people... Bank Finance for people not really friendly in philipines and asia. Taiwan only 6%-10% for personal loan. House loan 1.6-3.5%.

      資訊差... 台灣資訊太透明，競爭激烈，還有很多法條規範，又有不少是雙重標準，所以其實很多操作很難做 XD
