In today's TBT I'd like to remember my beloved phones, which I used up until now. I'm not a phone person, I never really was but It's become essential. I think although some of the features are good to have, the memories are what makes a great phone in every person's life. I've bought my first phone, a Siemens A52 model when I got into university. I used it for 2 years. It was a basic model, but it had polyphonic ringtones... pretty cool huh?! But the lovely details, like composing a text message using the exact character number to use wisely the monthly amount of messages, counting the minutes still available that month what makes this a great package. In 2006 I've got an internship and eventually a job in a content creator/advertising agency specialising in mobile marketing... and Bang! Flagship phones entered the chat! I skipped some of the rational models... because we could try a ton of models, whichever we wanted. Personally, I bought an N70 Nokia for myself. I liked it so much, not only it had every feature and internet speed (relevant back then), but the metal parts, the quality of the build was stunning. I liked the flip down the back and there was the camera feature.... the idea rather, that I have a camera every time in my pocket. I remember once I was in Rome, making photographs for my articles, and I even made some with this phone... it was so cool back then.... a photo in editorial, taken by a phone... crazy! Also shot some video footage in a storm that appeared on national TV in the news... such great memories. Well, in that year, in 2007 I changed the phone, because (although I had one model for business use) Blackberry became sexy that year with the Pearl model. I liked the piano black pieces, quite fun using the trackball on the sleek little phone. I loved it. The only problem was the e-mail usage on the go on that tiny phone it was hard to manage comfortably. So I choose the comfort for spreadsheets and e-mails instead of the camera and I used the E62 model from Nokia ... the last Nokia Phone for me. Almost immediately in the spring of next year, I was happy that the Blackberry Curve came to shops and it sits perfectly in my palm and is doing everything you want. I liked the cool features like adjusting the indicator LEDs colour for ringtones, e-mails. The camera was meeh... so I was convinced that I don't need an iPhone. I succeeded for 4 whole months, and I bought one. I think that model was the best. Comfortable to hold... great pice, just lovely. And I loved the camera, I'll have music all the time, it worked almost seemlessly with my Mac so I used it with joy. I always have kind of drawn to new things, so I wanted to try Android in 2011... but not worked for me.... although I used the HTC Desire for 2 whole years. Eventually, I returned using iPhones. In 2017 I've got an itch from nostalgia, and I wanted to take a look back at Blackberry. I choose the last Blackberry still working with the Blackberry OS... but I'll be honest with you: the Passport was a no brainer to be different in the touchscreen world. It's elegant, it's tactile... I love pushing real buttons even today (period) so I loved that phone, that's why I choose the model. If Blackberry chooses to take another try to make a 2nd model from this... I'll be in. Oh, I still using an iPhone 8 BTW at the moment... OK, let's sum up these small memory nuggets> The best phone I had, was the Blackberry Passport. What was your favourite phone?

Reading E.T.A. Hoffmann's "The Golden Pot" was one of my great experiences with reading. Almost two decades ago, I was travelling by train and as usual, I brought some books with me to the long ride> Textbooks to study (nerd!) and 2-3 Sci-Fi books, one of them must be an anthology is the plus weight in my bag ever since. (With Kindle, this weight dropped a bit, but I still like grabbing a paper book... feels more natural, so I carry a paper book with me ever since, but I'll Noise this another time, but here, same place .D) It was May, the Sun, as usual, made the first golden, warm lights and the colours were opening up. I was capturing the trees, landscapes, birds to a composition that never become a photo, but I remember clearly, all because of this novel I want to tell you about. This became one of my favourite fantasy novels. Overlapping times, spaces. Fantastic elements merging with realism so much great nuggets to a great book. I know that I'm a hard SciFi fan, but in my opinion, this story touches quite successfully the multidimensional questions... As a coincidence, the plot begins in May, well "Ascension day" which is today this year... so you got the idea when a randomly choose novels story overlaps the real-time. Exciting! I read in one sitting, and although is a 200 years old story, is fresh, full of excitement, and a great plot. Also full of idealistic characters, interesting creatures, drama and sensitivity (E.T.A Hoffmann being one of the most important German Romantic writers). I invite you to read the story. The plot begins at 3 PM (in Dresden) so let's start reading (at least the first vigil, part) together in roughly 5 hours.... 15:00 CET. It's free thanks for the Gutenberg Project> http://gutenberg.net.au/ebooks06/0605801h.html If you read already, what do you like about his story? Which character do you like? Did you read in the early summer as well? Throwback to that Thursday, >>> dear reader <<< :) (I like how the writer sometimes narrates the story, commenting as a real conversation to the reader). Have a nice Thursday, Happy Ascension Day, Throwback to That Thursday, Noisers! >D #Books

Ever since I first heard Sir David Attenborough's voice on the telly, I was hooked as a child, and there is no question I'm watching his work with interest and child like curiosity. Today he's turning 95 years old, and while I'm wishing all the best wishes to him, I also want to express my gratitude to his work for humanity. I think, he is one of the most known and beloved voice and personality not only to nature lovers, documentary geeks... but so much more. Whole families. I was inspired by him so much, I even thought about being a zoologist for a while. I think any documentary he made is worth watched, rewatched... and great choice for family time as well. Luckily we are living in an age, when we don't need to wait for Saturday nights to catch an episode from this immense work ... we can stream it whenever we want. As May is showing us the beauty of our Nature, the wonders of our Planet Earth... to wish Sir David Attenborough's a Happy Birthday, I invite you today fellow Noisers, to stream one (or a full series) documentary from this remarkable man's library. You won't regret it, I'm sure. Thank you for your inspiring words, pictures, knowledge what you brought to us, Sir David Attenborough. Wish you Happy Birthday! Who is with me? Do you like his documentaries? Do you recognise his voice? https://youtu.be/dbCR0KSU52g

Two weeks ago I noised about the "perfect" number >>> 111 <<< as the number of my followers. I was happy to see a triple digit and it was fun. Also great milestone, to see that I have 199 followers today.... almost 200. So, I'm reaching Level 2 in this awesome NOISE game.. This means, I'm loving it, and I'll stick around for some more levels... enjoying the ever evolving gameplay. I'm grateful that I discovered this cool platform, and for you guys chatting, noising daily :D Thank you! >D

#TBT! I'm Noiseing about my first TBT. 'What should I share with you' - I was thinking about during the commute. I love to travel, this May is quite chilly, got it! It's the same as I was in the Polish Baltic region a decade ago. So I rushed to search for those memories... although the quality of the photographs are... well a decade years old ... I'll share some shots from my trip. Tell me if you are interested, I'll turn this into an article.... Do you have Travel memories form MAY? Is there a chamber I could use for TBT? - Share that too! .D Have a lovely Thursday! >D

I was convinced, by the time I'll arrive to Noise, some of my fellow Noisers already wishing a good Star Wars days. Yes, MAY the 4th be with you :D! Although I'm a huge SciFi fan and I don't consider Star Wars a Science Fiction (It's not, it is Space Opera) it always gave me some great memories since I was a child. The universe of the franchise is huge, filled with awesome characters, spaceships and creatures. It's no wonder that there exist such a huge market for collectibles (toys, posters, cards etc.) out there. I remember when I was a child I had a Star Wars catalogue with collectible stickers in it... but somehow I've lost it before I even had a chance to collect them all. I new a guy in the school, who had every single one of them, just sayin'! Also I had some collectible toys - spaceship models, but I gave it to one of my friend who's bigger collector than me. I kept R2D2 and 3CPO on my desk though... (Yes, I opened the original box) I just love those two fellas... I wanted to drop some NFT link here, and earlier I was searching for... I realised there aren't any. So I wonder and I'm asking you as well> wouldn't be awesome if Disney will come to market with real NFTs from the franchise? What do you think? What character or vehicle would you buy? For me, my all time favourite will be on the list immediately: The Millenium Falcon and those two lovely fellas: R2D2 and 3CPO. What would be your choice? Do you like to see Star Wars NFTs on the market? Have a lovely day to everybody in the Galaxy! #NfTs

As we started the week, the month after this great weekend, allow me to share a little noise about the positive vibes ahead of us. The month of colours, warmth and blooming will be fruitful for all of us. I see ATHs and more importantly great contents! At least that's what I wish for you all, lovely Noisers! Just look at this last month... how far we came:> Noise gets better and better, Noise team made a spectacular job! More meaningful interactions between us, More quality around the content, BCH price growing higher and higher. It's nothing spectacular that we passed $1.000, again. So the month starts with energy! Sure, this will slow down later, but the main thing is: as we get closer to summer - there are quite Sunny days ahead! So greetings to you all! MAY we have a productive month, filled with ideas, quality contents, gains, growth and most importantly: ENJOY! I've just purchased a frizzy, cool beverage with BCH and as I'm refreshing myself with it, I'm more motivated than ever to write, share, Noise great content this month. It's like sitting with you on a terrace and chilling-chatting with refreshments. Cheers! Anyways... back to work, because my plan requires more content from me this month ( I was Noiseing already about this in the right Chambers... but you had so many awesome posts so... ) And yes: MAY, you have my attention... I'm looking forward to the adventures! What is your plan for this month? Do you have a theme for MAY? Noise me in the comments! >D

Yesterday I found the Movies Chamber... and I'm happy that there are some suggestions from the great classics as well. There are some valuable ones out there, and I hope I'll can add to this great chamber as well. That said I want to highlight Wes Anderson, as one of my favourites director, a true auteur. Today is his birthday, so I'll watch some of his works today and I invite you to do as well if you'd like. I like his unique style> form the vibrant colours as the month May offer us, to the quick cut, music, atmosphere... Just love those films. He never made a bad movie. They are a well balanced mix of theatre, photography, fine art on a single moving picture .... so you can choose whatever you wish for, but allow me to point out some of my favourites for this weekend: Let's start with two short films, so you can taste the style right now. The next two links are the shorts itself, no trailer. (Both Branded, commercials but way more than that) Enjoy in this order: ________ Short> Prada: Candy >>> https://youtu.be/yPNYwIx3JxM Castello Cavalcanti >>> https://youtu.be/b87B7zyucgI ________ Movie> Fantastic Mr. Fox >>> https://youtu.be/n2igjYFojUo The Grand Budapest Hotel >>> https://youtu.be/1Fg5iWmQjwk Moonrise Kingdom >>> https://youtu.be/_eOI3AamSm8 And I'm looking forward to the newest: The French Dispatch >>> https://youtu.be/TcPk2p0Zaw4 Do you like Wes Anderson movies? Did you saw this? Noise me in the comment, and also if you will watch them. Have a nice Weekend! >D #Movies

Yesterday @seaticket inspired me to pick up a Colonize Mars package. I was grabbing the Standard Supply Crate... but this one was still the max amount that I payed for an NFT. Anyway... I'm super excited. The Rover looks amazing, I'm super curious if I've got one of those. I remember when I was a kid, and bought a pack of collectible cards (actually never collected a whole series) I was excited to arrive home and... well we swapped them already by the time we reached our doors.... but also what If I never open tjis one? Like that cool original sealed Collectibles out there on the market. What did you do? Did you opened it? What should I do? Opinions? #NfTs

@szbarnaus

The new Noise Update is quite handy, so MAY the 5th month be more NOISEy! So while the BCH will grow to the MAY 2022 High.... I'll do my best :D

As I see the drop in the TLM, but most significantly in NFTS mined.... I have to make this announcement my fellow miners: /////// It seems, every planet in the Alien Worlds is exploited by humanity ////// ... what comes next? ... #AlienWorlds

As I was wrapping up the last pancake this morning, I took a deep breath from the fresh air pouring in through the open window. Spiced up with the freshly brewed coffee smell, opened my eyes and yes, the smile got bigger. Some of the birds were signalling, that Spring is in full gear by now. With the inspiration I've got from some lovely Noisers (Especially @Fulifur - Cheers Mate!) during the last week, (filled with pancakes) I decided I'll make some as a Sunday program: Coffe, Pancake and Doing Nothing >D At least almost nothing, because these days I realised that I need some Noise every day even with the birds singing, spring chilling Sundays... So If you allow me I'll share with you a postcard... hm... you know what? Let's call this, a NoiseCard * When I looked at a pancake, ever since I was a child (a smaller one, I'm still and I will be a child in spirit and curiosity!) I loved the shape, the texture of it. It looks like the Moon, or at least as a planet, don't you think? So that is why I was 'pancake-dreaming' about Moon, Mars... and I checked the charts... so back to crypto again. This is the crypto life I suppose from now on. Well, I played with my food a little bit (with the photos I made, because I ate all of it) and made some Moon/Mars surface studies (art kind of thingy) for you. I hope you like it. It is my NoiseCard for the upcoming week. I don't know if we Moon or not, but I think will be a great week. So wishing you a great week full of earning growing and pancakes, Have a lovely Sunday Night! >D *______Footnote: * Noise.Card is a digital postcard, sent to one or many Noisers, exclusively through the Noise.Cash platform. As a suggestion for the awesome Noise.Cash development team, I would like to propose the implementation of this NoiseCard with some sort of messaging solution on the platform, like N2N (Noiser To Noiser communication). Wishing the admin Team a pleasant Sunday and a successful beginning of a new week, I'm looking if you consider the Noise.Card implementation. .... Of course, this can work as an NFT in the future... Cheers!

@szbarnaus

It turned out, Weekend is full with Discounts on the market, We have a wonderful place to hang out some time. I'm Grateful for all 111 of you! perfect number! >D

@szbarnaus

How you will implement your earned BCH in your household management? Let's talk about this here. How to earn more, save more, give more! I'm quite involved and working on my contents (article, materials and posts) about Business topic, and so on.... But I'm also convinced that a main topic for everybody is Personal Finance as well. So I'll try to come up with some ideas and if you are interested (I saw some valuable Noises here too) let's jazz up a little bit this Chamber. My goal is to come with a topic every day... and let's talk. Sadly, still a lot of junk here, but we can clean up! Investment is supercool, but let's just take smaller steps: how you see the future of BCH in the everyday life... I'm super interested in real life stories, cases and tips. Did you payed energy with it already? Did you bought food already with it? Share some advice! #PersonalFinance

@szbarnaus

I start this noise with the challenge> what was your first SciFi that you ever read? Or at least, who was the writer? Ever since I started to read longer texts as a child, novels for example the first real book (you know, not Pete saw the duck near the school and ran home kind of stories, you know) the real excitement for me was from Jules Verne. My mother handed me some adventure books to start to read and figure out what I like, the classics really, but among them: "Child of the Cavern" "The two years vacation" "Thousand leagues under the Sea" and by the end of these I was interested in Jules Verne's novels and easy SciFi in general. In February, with the birthday of Jules Verne, I wanted to start a blog with some of the SciFi writers and SciFi themes in general - but as usual, life happens, so I missed it. But today as I saw the Google Doodles celebration of Johannes Gutenberg, I've got the itch to show my favourite books, writers, make some Noise about this wonderful genre. tell me if you are interested to tackle a little bit more deeply the world of SciFi. Once I wrote an essay about the connection of social developments and the SciFi genre, a kind of small journey into the history of SciFi... if you are interested, I'll refresh that in a more Noise-Friendly format. And because you were kind enough to read all this Noise, and I told about Jules Verne as my first (not quite, but close) SciFi writer, I'll invite you to watch one of the first SciFi movie, based on J.Verne novel, directed by Georges Méliés: https://youtu.be/xLVChRVfZ74 Good night and take Care! #ScienceFiction

@szbarnaus

The Business Chamber is a quite great initiative. As a consultant, I'm not only interested in any useful information tied to great concepts, methods but I'm also a fan of valuable conversation. So I thought, I'll launch a series here (of course, if you are interested - let me know in the comment). Instead of listing business ideas and just that's it, I'll post the idea and a minimal blueprint for launching that business. And a KEY POINT would be implementing crypto in the daily operations. I love making business plans, strategies and business models. Also, I have some experience running small companies - as case studies, viable (or not) ideas could become much more useful this way. Maybe somebody will get inspiration and start a new business. I believe would be useful for some reading these posts and most importantly, to have a nice chat in the comments. While we discuss these issues we can learn a lot of things and let's see how it goes... I'd love to hear from you if you are interested in this? I wanted to launch in the entrepreneurship chamber - this is also up to you, which one do you prefer. Imagine these kinds of posts for example (just sketch to laugh, and to get the point of this) Business Type: Ice Cream truck CodeName: IceTrek Unique Selling point: Cool Product for Cool Crypto Enthusiasts The market needs: Let's focus on the summer. More home office, Hot inside - need for cooling down. Solution: An Ice Cream track just passing by. Oh, I have BCH, so I'll make my ice cream schedule for the week... Nang, good to go! Customer will receive a notification for example: :::: Time to Cool Down! You want a Raspberry or Mango flavour today? ::::: Proposed Business Model: Customers can buy Ice cream with crypto. On a site they choose from flavours and based on the votes - the supply will be optimised for the passing by that area. Subscription-based model - you vote for flavour choice... Next Step: possibility to launch a Franchise - local vendors can register to the system (platform and app included) and start their own local crypto Ice Cream Empire. Just a thought, what do you think? Should I start this here? Are you interested? Let me know! #Business

@szbarnaus

I'm happy that I found this chamber, and that so many of you are interested in SciFi. A lot of cool movie was mentioned here, some great art as well but HEY! We forget the fundamental medium od Science Fiction> Novels, Short stories! Of course movies are cool, and I want to read more noises about them (don't get me wrong) But let's jazz up a little bit this chamber by remembering to the great Sci Fi writers... I'm lunching a series focusing to my favourite writers (Like Isaac Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke, I'm not gonna list them now) and some of their classic works. But I'm more then interested in your last book/Novel/Short storie. What did you read last time? Make some noise here :D #ScienceFiction

@szbarnaus

I saw in the Business Chamber that motivation, self-improvement is a constant theme. Working as a management consultant I'm more into strategies, workflows and business models. But as soon as I started working on my ventures, being an entrepreneur I can surely agree, that without personal motivation it's hard to move forward. So I like to experiment. Every week I make a theme for each day. I'm constantly monitoring my progress, in order to become more productive. If you are running your own business, you know how hard can be this. Productivity (and not being busy) makes the difference between time investment and revenue, profit... but let not jump ahead, focus on the weakness I had: PROCRASTINATION. I learned, read a ton of valuable materials about the issue, but the best remains the classic advice. I have to eliminate my ego, become more humble and open to learning new things. As I'm searching for solutions to optimise my workflow I share with you one tip to start improving yours. But I'm always open to new ideas, better ideas. How do you deal with procrastination? What other advice you can share with the chamber? #Business

@szbarnaus

I was growling this Easter, because I was not quite happy about how the rules changed here... Although I felt this is the way to become better, I felt somehow this is not quite right. I even commented with some of my lovely Noisers, that is aaagh...and Dhaaugh... but I think everybody who was signalled that has poor content, immediately was challenged in the best possible way (Yes, we all know, that we are better and more capable to give Valuable Noise here). SO be as grumpy as.... I was coming back to Noise and tried to leave meaningful comments here and there... pushing that small lovely heart at great posts, collecting inspirations and making research about my next post. YES, I ran for times in a row here just to post about the news around AlienWorlds and Binance and what's your opinion about this... I even took cool screenshots to just edit nicely... but somebody was quicker, more confident than me, SO I learned and nodded. Also I realised that the standalone Brave app on mac has some difficulties, so I returned full tab..... ANYWAYS> Noise loves me, and I'm happy to pass gratefully the tips given by the team for the best as I come through.... Also I'm working on my structure to post more instead of many... Looking for the best advices Noise Masters! I want to learn! >D Oh, and Everybody, take care!

@szbarnaus

I get it now... as I checked Noise again, I found out I'm eligible but at risk ... so tolerated until a better one came? (all life is already that ... so move on). But I don't like when something not specified how or why just happened. Maybe I tried today a random Easter Egg finding/great wishing whatever quick post, full with sarcasm (But thos abstract o.0 eggs where conceptualised, soooo absolutely new to the internet) ... OK, next time Ill mint them as NFTs> NFT EasterEggs (I missed this..Ffffine, next year). I always tried to share only what is mine thought, how I am, what I do..... slowly I started to learn, that sarcasm isn't working on the internet. Almost... at all, not even on Holidays/ eased weekends. I wanted to focus on comments, as I found some REAL people behind accounts. OK, as I'll share my last photo here, I'm not gonna post in photo chamber because is an answer to the "if we found a better" / and what if I can be better, based on the REAL comments by REAL people.... I've just found misel (just a resentful, holiday feeling)... Anyways I get it, this side is only for Specific Noises, no photography, no art to share so as my last photo here, this shot is for the Spring, New Beginnings and a Fresh, better Noise!

@szbarnaus

@szbarnaus

... "And Now for Something Completely Different "> Noise Headquarter made an utterly great news posting about the spamming issues which were absolutely spammy these days. By listing some great accounts in the spot, I found some real people and my newsfeed become neat again. Let's hope the number of valuable noises are on the rise, and spring will bring more sunshine! This seems to be a great day! Wishing all the best everyone... until next time! Make valuable Noise. Cheers!
