What about those Lazy Summer days? - Hmmm…. what’s this Noise? - It’s Sunday. - Come back to bed, Honey… it’s still noon… I know, I feel this too… but those lazy summer days are a couple of weeks ahead. Luckily everything is buzzing and blooming. Except me, I was chill, like a fresh, sparkly-hoppy beer, with drops running down on the neck…. The dinner was roasted Lemon-Chicken with crispy potatoes and heavenly Tzatziki sauce and of course a simple, fresh beer. I usually when I don’t want to try out new things, I go with my favourite brands…. this is the Summer One… I made a (pre)taste. Kalimera! :) No, I'm not Greek, although every time I was travelling from island to island, I picked up some recipes which I repeat quite often. I have many great memories in Greece.... Oh, great and thank you in advance ... I'm open for new recipes :D I'll be honest... I skipped Athens almost every time ... just arrived to a project with plane and back. A little site-seeing and fly away..... 'there always be next time' - I thought. The best memories are from Thassos, Lefkada and Ithaka ... great times! >D
Great! So you've visited us many times :) As for Athens, the best time is August if you like less crowd but it's warm enough. You didn't tell me though, where are you from?
OK, I'll note that down. I remember, first time in Lefkada.... it was the middle of June it was really hot indeed! Oh, I'm from Transylvania, Romania. >D
Now that's a place I always wanted to visit! :)
