Hello my friends I want to introduce you to "El Golfeado" It is a traditional dessert of my country, ideal to accompany the coffee during the snack. Basically it is a sweet bread, roll type stuffed with a rustic brown sugar syrup which we know as papelon. And that is usually seasoned with fresh white cheese. It's really delicious I await your opinion.
