My Grandmother's Special Biko
Hi! Hello! Annyeonghaseyo! Nǐ hǎo! See, I am improving now aren't my greetings is worldwide? hahaha That is the result in watching Korean Drama and Chinese Drama together with my mom. This time around is my 3rd article. Wow! I can't believe it.
Tonight I will share to you **ONE** of the special biko of my grandmother, why I said **ONE**? It is because she has 2 kinds of Biko. The first one is **Biko with Latik** and the second one is **Biko with Lunok**. I'll be sharing tonight the second one. Biko here in the Philippines is very popular it is perfect with your coffee, but for my grandmother she loves to pair it with cold softdrinks.
**Quick trivia of Biko:**
I am kind now and Christmas is coming soon, you can include this in your list of food to cook so I'll give you a list of ingredients and how to cook it. See the list of ingredients below:
INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo glutinous rice
3/4 cup brown sugar
4 cups coconut milk
1 tbsp. vanilla essence
4 tbsp. margarine
peanuts
The ingredients are easy to find right? Next is the procedure.
Cook the glutinous rice just like a normal rice, rice cooker will do.
Put the coconut milk in a large pot and let it boil. Stir it from time to time.
After the coconut milk is boiling it will create curds (do you see the white one? that is the coconut curds or the "lunok"). Slowly stir because if you stir it constantly and fast the curds will crushed. Let the coconut oil come out naturally.
This is the cooked coconut curds it will turned golden brown **(I'm sorry, the photo is a bit blurry).**
You will take half of the coconut curds for toppings later and the other half leave it on the pot. Leave enough coconut oil on the pot because that's the time you will put the cooked glutinous rice and brown sugar. Do you see those red little circles? That's peanuts so there is an extra crunch when bitten. **(that's our little secret, though it's not secret anymore hehehe)**
Mix a bit so that all the ingredients will incorporate and leave for a few minutes. After a few minutes mix it again and then leave for another few minutes. After 2 or 3 times mixing it is ready to serve.

Wow! I can't believe it I wrote 2 articles already. I have nothing to say right now because my heart is full of joy, coz I never thought that my first article would be noticed by @ExpertWritter and @RandomRewarder. I am very grateful to them, because of this I was given new hope that I would be able to write. It never crossed my mind that I could do it until the time came when I wanted to try. And thank GOD for not wasting my time and effort thinking about what I will write. It has a good result.
One of the best k-drama I've watched
Wazzz up my read.cash family. I am so happy right now and my mind is flowing of words because I did not expect that Random Rewarder will notice my article. I am so happy and greatful no more words come out on my mouth so speechless. Well by the way aside from Squid Game who is so popular right now I would like to share other k-drama that is popular also. This is currently streaming in Netflix but I don't have account in Netflix so I just watch in Dramacool and fortunately it is also updated.
I am already into k-drama but not so addicted to it because I still love to watch the videos of Twice, Blackpink, BTS and many more, I would say I am a k-pop fan rather than k-drama. Actually my mom is the one who's addicted to Korean-Dramas as well as Chinese-Drama. She is the one who recommend this to me Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, according to her aside from the lead role who are handsome and beautiful the story is very good. This K-Drama is starred by Kim Seon-ho (Hong Du-Shik) and Shin Min-a (Yoon Hye-jin). Let me give you a brief introduction with these two lead roles.
This the male lead role Kim Seon-ho (Hong Doo Shik) he is a South Korean Actor. Born on May 8, 1986 (35 years old) you can't tell on his face. So handsome and the dimples are so cute.
In this drama Hong Doo Shik return to his hometown after 5 years living in Seoul. His character here is attractive, kind and almost capable of doing anything to his neighbor. So very skilled handyman and his neighbors like him a lot they called him Chief Hong. Doo Shik has a warm heart and witty charm he knows how to enjoy his life and be contented on what they have.
And here is the female lead role Shin Min Ah (Yoon Hye Jin), so beautiful also. She is a South Korean model and actress. Born on April 5, 1984 (37 years old), you can't tell on her face also. Why on earth you can't tell there ages by their faces they have baby faces. Shin Min Ah starred on various K-Dramas and Movies as well. Yoon Hye Jin is an elite dentist from Seoul, after she got into fierce argument with her chief doctor she got fired and drove until she reached Gongjin City (countryside town). When Hye Jin and Doo Shik cross paths for the first time in the seashore they immediately dislike each other.
This is episode 10, the latter part where in I got so "kilig". Hye Jin said to there friends that they are dating and officially together, although there friends already knew it that they tried so hard to make their relationship a secret. Look at their smile so natural, pure and you'll see that they are happy. They called the "Dimple Couple".
I was hung on what I was watching because it was until episode 14 and I finished it up already, so I have to wait for the other 2 last episodes to release. Oh so sad I hope it will extend because the story is very very good it contains romance, comedy and melodrama. Very recommended to watch.

My Unforgettable Experience
Hello there my read.cash family this is my first time to write and I am newbie here. I hope you will bear my grammar and my writing skills. I will share here my first time ever experience in my teens phase. What am I going to share is all my first time.
The SK Council of our Barangay created a program which is Project Guapa (Guadalupe Performing Arts Workshops) with the theme of "Developing Talents and Empowering Youth Through Training and Showcasing Talents Amid of the Pandemic". It includes Singing Workshop and Dance Workshop with 12 sessions each and it is for free.
I grabbed this one in a life time opportunity, it can boost my self confident. My mother signup for me without my consent because she knows that with my personality I will not join for I am too shy. After she signup and the organizers call my mom to notify that there will be a meeting that's the time she told me that she signup me on my behalf. And I don't have choice anymore but to attend the meeting with the coaches.
The next photo is the meeting with our coaches and we sang one by one so that they will know what type of voice we had if we belong to soprano, alto, tenor or bass. That is me and Coach Necie. By the way our coaches are well known in the field of singing here in Cebu City. Coach Necie already competed in "Tawag ng Tanghalan" in the show It's Showtime before. I am so nervous because I don't know anyone there, and the first ones to sing are all good it seems they are professional already. Maybe they have been exposed already not like me.
And to make the story short we completed all the sessions and after that we had our first ever recording, it was my first time again to enter a studio and record a song like a pro. That is me the one who wears black dress, and I forgot to tell I belong the Soprano team that is my co-singers. We did also a music video together with dancers.
And the Big Night finally came, we held it in a hotel because the audience are limited only. Who can watch there is only the Project Guapa staff, SK Council team and we the performers. I am so excited with the Big Night and with too much excitement the night before the performance I got sick. I get so depressed that I took 2 medicines so that I can easily recover because I don't want my effort and time in practicing will go to waste. Luckily next morning I got better, eventhough my mom told me not to go because shes worried and our call time is 9am and so I took 2 medicines again.
The concept of the show is similar to ASAP. We arrived at the hotel around 10am but the show will start at 7:00 PM, it feels like we are a pro we did our last rehearsal together with our dancers, we also have our make-up artist with us. We rest a little bit took our lunch and after that get ready for the Big Night.
That is me I am so nervous up there.
That is my co-singers my left is Shanen, from my right is Karylle and then Tessa. We sang "Butter" by BTS.
And end it with a bang. Our coach were so happy and proud of what we did that night.
And that's were my FIRST EXPERIENCE ends. I am so proud of myself because I never thought I could do that, and I am so thankful to my mother for giving me such opportunity to experience such thing.
