The problem, for me, when it comes to crypto is that it has always seemed like all the experts can do is guess. There really is no way to value crypto IMO because ultimately it does not produce anything. If this were the stock market saying "buy the dip" would be sage advice because it has a proven track record. With crypto saying that might be leading sheep to the slaughter.
