If you want to travel to France from the UK under the current Covid restrictions, it is difficult for the unvaccinated to do so, requiring tests before and after you leave the UK. This exemption though proves all the measures are a complete fraud. Get this, if you travel to France from the UK by Ferry in a van, yes a VAN you are exempt even from taking a PCR test.
