One of the most impotant features of a cryptocurrency is it's decentralization. Many coins in the De FI space operate on a small group of servers to deliver low fee transactions e.g Solana. These coins have grown tremendously in value but are fundamentally flawed and extremely risky as they are controlled by a small group of people you are trusting. I would like to see a new metric on sites like coinmarket cap that rates a coins decentralisation.
