The sunlight up on this fake rooftop garden was fantastic. And yes, I say fake garden because it’sall astroturf up there. It’s a really interesting space that was created at this resort primarily for weddings and parties to take place. It was one of the few places we could find for photos that wasn’t crowded with people playing golf though so it was perfect for us. This is the bride rearranging her dress in between posed photos. #weddings #photography

This is my gorgeous wife on our wedding day. We stopped at a bar called the Heorot in downtown Muncie to do some photos up on the second floor. This was 13 years ago back in the summer. I’m the blurry guy in the background of this shot with unruly, curly hair.

From yesterday's Christmas Brunch. I made a hash with yellow potatoes and prosciutto. My wife made omelettes with white cheddar, bell pepper, applewood bacon, and avocado. We also made mimosas and had some cold brew coffee. It was a good morning.

My clients paid to have their names put up on the movie Marquee in the turn where they got married. We went over to do a photo with it but it was already very dark out. I think this came out pretty good though. #photography #weddings

Silhouettes on the beach at sunset. This couple was wonderful during their engagement session. They instinctively knew to interact with each other and talk and make each other laugh without me having to give them much direction. This is one of my favorite portraits I shot this year of a bride and groom. They were in the middle of a field and I was pretty far away shooting with a 70-200mm lens at 200mm. The way the 70-200mm bless the background when you're at 200mm is just gorgeous. #photography #weddings

Made breakfast for my wife today. It's an egg sandwich with crispy prosciutto and a blend of Gouda, asiago, and white cheddar cheese on a slim everything bagel. Served with a small glass of orange juice because orange juice makes breakfast better.

From a recent wedding. There's one flash directly behind the couple pointed at the two of them. Then there are three flashes pointed at the barn behind them. They really wanted a night shot where the barn was lit up. Took me like 15 minutes to get set up with all the lights, but they were really good about it cause they were just hanging out with their friends during that time. Once it was all set up I pulled them over and knocked the photo out really fast before going home.…

Lando loves sleeping on these shelves where he can look out the window. Every once in a while a bird chirps and Lando who's his head around to look out the window for it, then goes back to sleep. There's no other place in the house where this cat sleeps so consistently.

Today, feeling sick and sleeping most of the day and when I'm not sleeping bouncing the baby on a ball to keep her happy... But it's not working and we're both feeling miserable but it'll get better. Tomorrow I won't feel so bad and we'll go for a walk instead of just bouncing on a ball.

Picked up a breakfast burrito from taco Bell the other day. It was alright but not amazing. It felt like it could have used some cheese and a smidge of butter on the burrito when they toasted it. I know that last thing I mentioned is asking a lot of a fast food restaurant, but that's what it was missing. 🤷♀️

Doing my best to get the baby to sleep and to keep the baby asleep at nap time so that her schedule doesn't get messed up like last week. Last week she kept skipping naps and then going to bed early and then waking up at 3 in there morning like it was normal. Can't have that again. 😅

A local Noblesville restaurant, Samano’s, just started doing breakfast food and their breakfast burritos are fantastic. Best breakfast burritos I’ve had in indiana.
