Salmon in a Buttery Sauce with Potatoes and Zooks Salmon covered in a buttery sauce with potatoes and zucchinis. Made this a few nights ago. Was surprised the recipe for the sauce just called for a tablespoon of butter, a dollop of sour cream, vegetable stock, a squirt of lemon juice, add a 1/4 cup of water. It tasted good, but I guess I expected more work than mixing and simmering for 2 minutes. The potatoes and zooks were just roasted in the oven for 25 minutes with some salt and pepper. The zucchinis were tossed with some lemon zest before serving. All the food was great.
