My friend sent me wagyu beef For Christmas this year. Finally dethawed the sirloin steaks in the package and grilled them. Made roasted red potatoes and bacon grease brussel sprouts with it, plus some broccoli roasted in olive oil for my kids (they won't eat brussel sprouts).

Tilapia, garlic mashed potatoes, and roasted broccoli. Made this last night for the wife and kids. The kids only ate the broccoli.

Made this burger for the Memorial Day holiday. It’s a bacon cheeseburger with guacamole. Made the fries on the side in avocado oil. The burger was great. The fries were okay but could have used some sea salt.
