In the face of adversity, hard work brings its rewards!
Hello friends of this beautiful read.cash community, I have been a little lost and isolated from this community one by days because I have been a little busy with my family, if you remember my brother almost 20 days ago he had an accident in his car, this due to the bad fraud of public lighting and roads. The medical expenses are crazy for our family since they amount to many dollars in a country where they earn 3 dollars a month, My brother is still waiting for a miracle to be able to achieve his maxillary fracture operation; but we have not crossed our arms, we have looked for a thousand and one alternative of looking for money to pay for medical expenses among one of them was to start making and distributing cakes being flour.
It is a job that we do with the heart in which my mother, father and I are involved. It all starts from the previous day in the afternoon we begin to leave all things ready among them vegetables, onion, carrot, tomato, all very minced so at night start adding marinade to the meat and prepare the rice while Finish to chop the cheese and never to store everything in the fridge and I was all refrigerated to get up early the next day and continue with the work.
We woke up very early at 3:00 am my mother is already telling us that it is time to start, we wake up sleepy but with a lot of energy and desire to get ahead and to be able to prepare the best cakes, always with the faith that is They will all sell and we can earn some money.
It all starts with the preparations, my mother who is responsible for putting everything inside the dough so that they are well formed, quite stuffed and look rich without frying; I take care of the sealing of the dough so that the filling that my mother has placed inside does not get out. We make them with different flavors:
Meat and rice.
Sausage with cheese.
Ham and cheese.
All these processes described above are carried out in my house, after we have them all already ready and ready to shout we order them in some containers to be transferred to the place where they will be fried and sold.
We arrived at the place in a time of about 30 minutes since the distance is a bit considerable, when we arrive we turn on the kitchen to electricity this because there is no gas in our communities due to the poor management of the current Government in our country, it brings negative aspects the use of electric cookers since this produces the hot oil slower and that if the light goes out at some point we will not be able to shout the cakes. Yesterday there was a power outage from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm several of the cakes that we had already fried could not be commercialized this because the oven that maintains the temperature is also to electricity and the electrical cut lasted too long, but we do not lower our spirits or hopes today we wake up more than yesterday and with more hopes that today we will do very well.
After my father shout the cakes are taken to the display oven where the hot cakes are kept until people arrive to eat they are very beautiful, among my family we do a great job all thinking about being able to help my brother to get out of his medical problem . The money is obtained by working and striving every day to get ahead and although we sell each cake at 0.30 cents and our goal is to raise $ 1600, we have faith that we will achieve it by working hard and looking for many more ways to earn money with work and effort. Let me show you what the cakes look like in your warming oven and how they look from outside the store. Today we are starting to trust that we will do very well. Then I will tell you how it went, successes in your day and remember that “after the storm THE SUN ALWAYS RISES.” A HUG
