Electricity problem

Hi friends I'm in "Naori". It's stand on Bangladesh's village of "Chandpur. Now I'm sharing my sorrow. The Naori had too many problem . ****Example**** : 1/ Internet Problem (97%) 2/ Electricity problem (55%) 3/ Whether problem (79%) etc. ***Today I will tall you about Electricity problem***. Some days ago, the electricity was gone, it stay **08:00 am - 05:00.** You can't imagine that how much problems we face. the diggest problem was mobile battery low problem. Can you tall me one thing, how to pass a day without mobile use in this present world. And the electric man gives us too much bill. Thou we don't use that much of electricity.
