Yesterday, a friendly noise member told me that we can also put mangoes in jars. This is my project today. I have to try what flavor I have pickled mango. I will add some more hot chili to it. If I like the taste then I will have to buy even more fruit. Unfortunately, mangoes do not thrive in my country. I love challenges.
