They say that chestnuts grow all over Slovenia, except in Carinthia, where I am at home. But that's not true, the dosage are the photos I'm sharing with you. Chestnuts grow here too ... or they grow in me because my father planted a couple of trees. I picked up a couple of hedgehogs that fell out of the tree. In hedgehogs they develop two to three normal fruits that are round triangular in shape. I can’t wait to bake it and eat it tomorrow.

Have you ever woke up because you had the feeling that someone was watching you? Such was my night today. I woke up and turned on the light. And what did I see? A large spider sat over my head and watched me. I forgot to say that I am not a fan of spiders. And the night fight began. Who will be the faster me or the spider? I won. Just in case, I inspected the whole room in case the spider's family was anywhere else.

A bear was spotted near my town. This means fewer walks in the woods. Bears are supposed to be timid and retreat before we even see them. So let's be loud, make #noise, sing, whistle. If we happen to meet a bear, don't run or climb a tree. Let's stay calm and retreat nicely. My father carried honey with him .... I guess I would throw it to the bear if I happened to meet him. Evening again and another day is behind us. Half Wednesday it was sunny, half rainy. Now it is raining outside as if a cloud had broken. I'm back. Home in a warm room. Remember I bought a raspberry seedling in the spring and now that it’s autumn here this raspberry has borne fruit. Interesting. I like Schweppes, Tonic Water. I like the taste, the bitterness of the drink. But I avoid fizzy drinks. I saw this Tonic flavored syrup in the store and had to buy it.😀 It's great. It tastes like these bitter drinks but it's not carbonated. I just mix it with water and drink it. I'm thrilled. Maybe I should add some more gin ... lol ... I'm still here. A little weird day is behind me. Antibiotics. The second dose of vaccination is postponed, my son's classmate is positive. We tested ourselves and for now we are negative. Roasted chestnuts .Traditionally just a little sliced and roasted over a fire..don't forget to stir it regularly. Once baked, wrap it in a wet cloth to make it easier to peel.
