出關啦～～～～～ 今天直接出門曬太陽 散步 走到流汗💦也挺開心的😆 關7天半…直接暴走一波 關在房間能走的距離只有 房間-廁所 一天平均80步🤣 今天直接走100倍！！！ 怪怪的再自主7天 我就可以內用大吃一波了 決定把出關後能內用的第一次 獻給涮！乃！葉！ 已經跟朋友約好了 確診復原之路 就是大啖蛋白質😇
