Reverse Mortgage Program

This program started in Europe and eventually got known to various countries. It allows the senior citizens convert a portion of their home equity into cash without surrendering any form of collateral. Many countries like Australia, Canada, Korea and Philippines offer the same to its citizens. It helps out our elders to still earn or get financial assistance for their needs. They may use it for medical expenses, additional capital for business, personal necessities and obligations, or any immediate expenses. I wish this program will be more enhanced to benefit more elders!
