Eat healthy for a healthy life! Months ago, I was a bit conscious of my body. I am gaining weight because of unhealthy diet. Then, I changed my eating habit. I now eat more fruits and veggies. I stop drinking softdrinks, liquors, and other sodas. I stop eating junk foods. I minimize eating breads and rice. I minimize eating meat but more on fish. Right, now I have good digestion. I feel so light now than before. I am doing my best to eat healthy for a healthy life. 😀😀 Have a great day ahead everyone!

I bought this veggies and unripe banana last night from the kuya multicab fruits and veggies vendor. Kuya vendor is so kind. He almost give it to me. I only pay ₱150.00 for all of it. If ever I bought it at the market it cost me double. Thanks to kuya vendor. 😁 Have a great day everyone!

Full Plate Look how my plate is full of the foods we have last night. I didn't get some varieties of foods available in the table. I only get what I like to eat. I am glad that I am able to eat all the foods in my plate. 😁 Obviously, I am not hungry. 😁😁
