As Christmas approached, typoon Odette left severe damage. There were casualties. Odette was signal number 4 in part of Visayas and Mindanao yesterday. Previously there was no signal number 4 to 3 only. And now it's still raining. In December 2019 before Christmas, typhoon Ursula also devastated Western Visayas. There were also deaths. This is probably the effect of climate change. Because we are already experiencing too much flood. Just a little rain, flood. It wasn't like this before. Whatever storm passes through us, we will rise up and fight. That is the Filipino. Sometimes in order not to think about the problem, they just make fun of the situation.
