Saint Sophia Cathedral (Собор Святої Софії / Собор Святой Софии) in Kiev, Ukraine. Founded in the year 1011, the cathedral is one of the most popular tourist sites in Kiev and is a central architectural monument of the historical state of Kievan Rus, the predecessor of the modern Russian, Ukrainian, and Belarusian states. The interior and exterior of the cathedral itself is ornate and beautiful, and I've visited it multiple times over the years, the first time in the late 90's and most recently in 2017. #Travel
