The elaborate and impressive Batu Caves (பத்து மலை) temple complex in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia. I visited this Hindu shrine dedicated to Lord Murugan twice, once in 2011 and then again in 2019. The most striking difference between the two visits was that they now have vividly painted the 272 steps that lead up to the temple cave. The Batu caves are a short drive from Kuala Lumpur and a must on any visit to the area. #Travel
