Ingredients:
500 g pork leg (can also be veal leg)
2 dcl of beer
2 dcl tomato juice
2 dcl of milk
3-4 price of garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
with, ground pepper

Preparation:
Cut the meat into snicle, peel, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.
Roll each steak in flour on both sides and arrange
in a baking dish with pre-greased oil.
In a bowl, mix beer, tomato juice, milk, garlic pressed on a garlic device,
, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, salt and ground pepper.
Pour the sauce over the snicle, cover with aluminum foil with a drilled toothpick and bake at 200 degrees,
30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 300 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
