Slow but Sure ππͺπͺπ Just woke up because it was too hot. No current a while ago. All black out haist. Then I tried to get back to sleep but I can not. It is so hot. I went to find a cooler place and here I was reminded to post the snail I saw last night. I took this photo while talking to my dear friend last night. It was too hot here now. Even in the evening. So when my phone rang and I knew it was my friend calling, I went outside. It was cooler outside because I am under our guava tree. I can feel the cool breeze of the evening air. Then while talking I saw this snail crawling slowly towards to where I was seated. It took me another couple of minutes before deciding to take a photo. I made sure that I am not distracted from our topic while talking and listening to my friend. Its a good thing that the unli call for globe is that it will automatically turn off for every 12 minutes. I take that break to put the snail in its proper place. I used a stick of course and gently push it to the side. Then my phone rang again. I praise God that finally my friend take the night off said goodnight and I went back inside the house. The snail reminded me to take things slowly. I observed that it crawls so slow but sure. He was so sure to where he was heading to. If only I wasn't there to block him he would have reached our red hibiscus and feasted on its bountiful green leaves. The snail was close but I took the chance to head it back to the road side. In life we need to be like the snail. Living in a fast paced world amidst this pandemic, I am reminded by the snail to move slow but sure. I do not need to stress myself doing everything in a haste. Living a hurried life is a toxic life. Not to mention this present situation wherein the entire universe is greatly affected by this deadly virus. It is still up to us though, if we want to panic and do everything in haste. Rather than taking everything one day at a time. Maybe just maybe this pandemic is reminding us to move slow but sure. There is nothing ro rush about. Afterall God is always there and always been here with us taking good care and yeah moving in our midst since day one. We just have to keep the faith and keep praying. Thank you so much for your time. God bless us all and let us keep praying for each other and for our world. πππππ
