I just make one quick cake. Whisk 3 egg yolks, 4 teaspoons of sugar, half a kg of flour, 300 ml of milk, 1 yeast and 4 teaspoons of oil with a mixer. Leave the dough to rise in the pan, put the fruit on top, I am apricot, sprinkle with sugar and bake.
