I took two cup of tea together because My mother knows about me that I don't take only one cup but I take two cup of tea together. It's third one and Last time of my taking tea before sleeping I take tea three times in a day. Really I was tired, busy and busy in study that I got headache after taking tea now I m feeling relaxation really it finished headache, tiredness as well as other things too. Tea is life without tea.
