What are you doing on my phone? Put it down and read some books instead! I angrily told to my daugther thinking she's playing online games again. She just looked at me and silenty follow what I've told her. Minutes later, I browse my phone and this is what I saw. Her drawing in IBIS paint. At that moment I felt I owe her an apology I realized that she rather draw than playing online games but its too late already. I should have ask her first, before assuming anything. I decided we can have little talk so after our little talk she just smiled and said "ok mama sa susunod wag galit agad". At the end Im the one who was scolded. Parenting is not easy. We should also learn from our mistakes and apologized if necessary. Our children will feel important, and learn how to admit mistakes and correct them. After all YOU are their role model #parenting
