Fish with sauce! This is commonly called sarsiadong isda, sarsiado derives from the word sarsa or thick sauce. With Tomatoes and eggs with fried fish, this will bring a big smile to my daugther. Its always a joy to me, seeing her enjoying eating the food. She savors every bite and at the end you will hear her saying "mmmnnn ang sarap".
