Favorite snacks Part III (Mango Graham)
Who doesn't love mangoes? Mango is my favorite kind of fruit and also my kids loved it especially when I make it a dessert. They love sweets, and who doesn't? Mango is a tropical fruit here in the Philippines where you can easily be bought in the market. *Mango Graham* is one of my kid's favorite dessert right after lunch. They enjoy the taste of creamy and tasty mango float on graham cakes. I also enjoy it in the late afternoon snacks. Here is the recipe for Mango graham. Ingredients: 4 pcs medium ripe mango (cut into a cube or wedges) 1 pack of Graham crackers 1 can of all-purpose cream (chilled overnight) 1 can of condensed milk Procedure: 1) In a bowl whisk the all-purpose cream until smooth and add the condensed milk and whisk until well combined. 2) Arrange the graham crackers in a rectangular glass dish in a plastic food container. 3) Put some mixture of cream and condensed milk on cracker and top with the mango cubes/wedges. Repeat it layer by layer and as you desired. 4) Cover and put it in the freezer overnight or 4-6 hours until the crackers moist with the cream. 5) Serve and enjoy!
