Hello all my dear friends.
Today when I woke up I saw something on the wall moving a little, like a little bigger dot but it was moving. I get closer and see a little spider. I know these little jumping spiders are fast and hard to catch, especially if you want to photograph them, so they are timid so they bounce right away. But I still succeeded, and miraculously I shot about twenty photos, but a couple of them turned out quite well, even the eyes can be seen on one of them 😄
These little spiders are non-venomous and are most often found near light sources. They are smaller than a centimeter, males grow up to 6 mm and females are larger, have a small body but with stripes on them and are therefore very attractive. They have excellent eyesight, one of the brightest of all arthropods and have eight eyes. They are mostly small, interesting, beautiful and harmless.

After a good, healthy and nutritious breakfast, here was a fairly healthy lunch, boiled chicken with boiled potatoes and a side dish of salad and olives, my usual side dish with most such dishes.
Now that it's been about ten minutes since lunch, when it's a little settled, it's time for an afternoon coffee that I make according to my recipe, which is, plain coffee about the thickness of an inch and the rest of a little warmed and frothed protein or low-fat milk.

One of my favorite breakfasts and healthiest among others, of course, is this one, rice semolina with two or three chocolate cubes.
I ran out of the healthier type of chocolate I normally eat, which is protein or chocolate with more than 70 percent cocoa in it, so this time I put plain milk.

Coming back from the store, I had an opportunity that few people have, and that is to paint our local Dalmatian lizard.
They don't usually go out of their holes before the fourth or even fifth month, because they start coming out when the weather is warm and sunny, which is right now, for several days now it has been extraordinarily warm and that's why she went outside to sunbathe because they like it.
There are most of them in the summer and then they can be seen at almost every step.
They are small and timid, growing up to 15 cm.
By the way, I have never had the opportunity to get close to a domestic lizard like this, but I guess she was so beautiful in the sun that she allowed me to get close to her for almost half a meter and take pictures of her.

When I ended up in the hospital for 3 days due to an accident at work, she ran away from home the next day and it hit me hard, more than the accident I had at work.

Bitter OGNJICA - is a plant that grows from 10-30 cm.
It blooms from April to the end of September, but it already bloomed in my country two weeks ago because the weather is really spring.
It blooms in small clustered white to slightly purple flowers.
To me, two bushes are in front of the veranda at the very entrance to the garden and they look beautiful, like one that forms a kind of entrance.

Another one of the plants from my garden. It can be an ornament and it is also healing. Here’s a little more about that beautiful plant called PRIME.
JAGLAC (Primula) - is one of the first harbingers of spring.
It can grow up to 15 cm in height, which makes it one of the most suitable plants for decorating home spaces.
It does not tolerate high temperatures and direct sunlight, and also too much moisture.

Here is a MINI CARNATION.

Here I was just painting a little bug in the house on the wall.
I don't know what kind of bug it is, but there are 5-6 of them on the wall, mostly in the hallway and living room.
The beetle is 10-20 millimeters in size because it is barely visible on the wall but with a macro extension 25 mm and 12.5 mm on my mobile it is clearly visible.

It grows in many countries around the world, especially in Iran and Turkmenistan.
