It was in bloom and when I watered it I saw something coming out of the flower, took my cell phone and had to take a picture of it. She surprised me a lot with her looks because she has beautiful colors. I knew it wasn’t a stinky martin or something from that family. Looking on the net I saw that this is an adult beetle because it is orange and the little ones are red. They are not harmful to plants. They feed on flower nectar and milkweed seeds. If I can't find that food then I can feed on other smaller insects of course.
