Today's lunch is quite light, not so much to make but to eat yes. These shells are called mussels, and in our country in Dalmatia they are called pidoče or pizdice. They are very healthy and have a lot of vitamins and minerals that the body needs. I made mussels on buzara. Then you get a nice and little sauce to dip the bread into it. The mussels are from home breeding, so my friend has a mussel farm a little further from the Sibenik bridge, so I bought them cheaply from him at the fish market. The process to make is simple. Chop the garlic, parsley and put in the olive oil, which is also healthy. Put all this nicely on a low heat and mix gently until a little garlic takes on a caramel color, and then put the mussels in it. Cook until you see that they have started to open, then wait a few minutes and add the white wine that you have to reduce so that it will almost not be felt. After a few minutes, see if the wine has been reduced, then add salt and pepper as desired until it tastes the way you want. Once you get the taste of the juice, let it boil for a minute or two, turn off and enjoy the meal. I would recommend this dish with bread with olives if you have it to buy from you, and if you can't make it yourself, but you can also simply make it with plain black or sliced bread. And here it is, fast, healthy and rich in vitamins and minerals. Enjoy. #noisecash #bitcoincash #myphoto #myrecipe #healthFood
