Today, as every year, I made my first Easter cakes. When I kneaded them I thought it wouldn’t work, I wouldn’t feel like it and I didn’t put in enough sugar but in the end when I baked them they turned out great. They are delicious, sweet, sugar that I put on and caramelized nicely on them. I thought it wasn't going to be good and in the end it turned out to be the best I've done so far. They are great to eat in the morning or during the day, but when eaten while drinking coffee, it's too good. I wish everyone could try it.
