How would you like to have this dessert? We had leftover ice cream last Saturday so my uncle prepared this ube macapuno sorbetes on fresh buko/young coconut as our dessert. Since it's hot today, I also bought 10 pesos dirty ice cream an hour before lunch. By the time we had our small gathering, I opted not to eat rice anymore. The 2nd picture is the view at the creek yesterday after office. It's looks relaxing to stay here every afternoon.

With the way i can see it, that dessert was so much special beacuse you put in the coconut instead in a mug, it was so sweet and special dessert the way i can see it
