At the same time the Spirit also helps us in our weakness, because we don't know how to pray for what we need. But the Spirit intercedes along with our groans that cannot be expressed in words.

Even in prayer we need to lean on the Holy Spirit's help to lead us in talking to God.  Jesus Himself always walked around in the "power of the Spirit" and He is our greatest example.  And also think of this...the enemy has no defense against a Spirit led prayer!
