Is it not the better place to work in Twitter? A decision can change a lot of things. Dogefather Elon Musk wants employees to be extremely hardcore to work, they have to work long hours at high intensity. Every owner of the company likes their employees to work hard and spend more time, but how they treat their employees, that's the most important thing. If you only demand your employees to work hard longer hours without giving incentives, that's not a good sign. Employees have the right to get incentives for their extra time and effort.
