2# You are the owner, it does not mean you will treat your employees the way you like. They work for your company, you should work for them. If they get a threat and work in fear of losing their jobs, they cannot give their best effort physically and mentally. Most Twitter employees chose to take three months’ severance pay and say goodbye. #RIPTwitter hashtag becomes popular on Twitter. If you work for a company, it is not only for the money, there are a lot of things associated with that. You see the company's ups and downs and stick to it to make it better. You as an employee have contributed to Twitter, otherwise, no owner can pull it off and bring it where Twitter is today. There is no way any company owner can deny that. You are well paid as well as you are treated well. If the company makes you feel like trash, I don't think how long you can work for the company.
