Hi! Good night, everybody. Would you like some "empanadas"? They are an exquisite meal here in my country, we usually make them with our favorite filling, it could be cheese, chicken, meat or whichsoever is your favorite. In this case, I chose some mashed potatoes with grated cheese, and I could say they were just yummy cause my family didn't leave any on the plate hahaha We ate them with some cold cola drink.
