It is nice to start your day with a cup of brewed coffee. Sniffing its sweet aroma makes your day bright, vibrant and energetic. Coffee inspires, it opens a sleepy and tired eyes. That is how coffee was advertised and it holds true because I was once a coffee drinker but now no more due to hyper-acidity.

Exercises stretch your muscles, uplift your spirit and make your body lighter. If you are a couch potato or in a sedentary life style your body is heavy and slouch and a down spirit. There was no eagerness to explore what the world could give and no smiles letting depression to sink in.

Inherited properties when sub-divided creates hatred and even result to murder. Even a one inch difference of an area heated arguments arises and cases will be filed resulting to family discord. Faction of families emerge and the root cause? GREED!

Still our government uncertain when school begin. It has formulated a three learning system but as to when the president could not give a conclusion. He is adamant on no vaccine no classes for his top priority is the health of the people and to contain the virus.

Today is the SONA or the State of the Nation Address of Philippine President and the whole nation are waiting. What it will be about as he has said before the top concern now is the health of the citizens.

September A month that I always remember. It is in September that I first wrote a poem. I used all my imagination how the breeze of September passes by, feeling its coolness that brushes my skin and closing my eyes I saw a baby being lullabied. That is the picture in which exact words was put into places. Flawlessly rhymes after rhymes in each lines of two paragraphs. After the second paragraph I stop. I'm out of words the picture in my mind slowly fading and bacame blank. How my work was appreciated but with wonder why it has no end. Even myself could not give the answer the reason of stopping. I let someone finish the piece but in vain there was no correlation. Until now when September comes the poem flashes back and so with the memories of the past. It make me smiled. Those were the old golden days that I love to recall.

One of our city here in the province having a feast of a saint. Sad to note because of the virus there was no big celebration. It is just like an ordinary day going to church light a candle and go home. No mass gatherings for there is a penalty impose for violators.

Are you in favor of this on-line learning?do you think students will learn? For me a face to face interaction is the best. But with this present situation we are facing theres nothing we can do just abide by the rules.

Modular is one of the learning system in the new normal. So Parents have to assist or a substitute teacher.How can a student learn when even parents has to learn. Sa bisaya pa "unsaon pagtudlo sa bata kung ang ginikanan tudlo-anan pa."

One more week to go its August and still uncertain on our education system. Do you think the suggested 3 approaches of the Deped will push through? Will our student really learned with these? I doubt.

Tonight's news the case of covid rising but there are many recoveries and the death toll slowly rising. Let us altogether pray for divine intervention to guide our officials in the government and medical field on how to contain this virus.

Closing Eyes When I opened my eyes, I was suckling the breast of my mother abundant with milk together with my siblings. My father was busy attending my mother a full of concern in his eyes. Giving her a good ventilation to ease the pain of laboring and assessing that were in good condition and will not be rolled over by her belly. Then I closed my eyes saying " were in safe hands." One month after we were separated from our mother, how I cried longing for her but it was not long since my father take good care of us, feeding us with nutritious food, cleaned us and we can do what we want to be happy. A good provider. Months passed we're grown ups, fat with round bodies. Many came to see us and they were awed and amazed and my father was happy and proud. Then one day a man came with a sack, put it on my head and leads me to the truck and so with my siblings. I saw my father in the distance a look of sadness in his eyes waving on us and on his hand a bundle of money and the once sad eyes, glitters and full of contentment. On our new journey to the slaughter house I recall the day that I was born. I close my eyes saying "I am in safe hands" but now I will close my eyes saying "goodbye".

A Life in the Province. If you want peaceful and solitude place where clean and fresh air surround it could be found in the province. Provincial life is simple and easy, not a fast phase of life where you can take your time and have a quality time of your life. People in the community are true and sincere there maybe an exception but mostly they stand on their ground. They extend a helping hand if they could with no expectations in return and not pretentious if they are broke. It is not chaotic and noisy unlike in big cities where the sounds of busy street are deafening. Foods are cheap and fresh and you can tour without fear of being rob or meet an accident. Sleeping and wake up time is early for them to start the day before the sun rises. The life span in the province is long for the living standard is simple, natural and stress free.
