🔥 S&P 500 vs. Corporate Profits After Tax & Real GDP Hello! I have been out for some days but I am back on track again. I like to track the markets and read all the information I can about future trends and past events. This helps me realize where we are and hopefully make better investment decisions. I have been investing in the stock market since I was 18 years old. I can say that I made good profits since I started investing, but most of them where based on intuition and pure luck. Some of the decisions were also made by analyzing fundamentals and making a decision to invest in a company that managed to go well in the following years. I am not an expert at all, I just have some knowledge as I have been interested in investing since I was young. Today I found a really interesting chart showing how overpriced "looks" the S&P 500 compared to the Corporate Profits After Tax. Just take a lok at this:

I am not confident at all that the S&P 500 valuation will HODL, in my opinion this is just based on the new money printing that the FED has been doing since the Covid crisis started. I understand that the FED can sustain the market for a long period of time, but I am not confident at all buying stocks right now. For that reason I am out of the market, I have not bought any stock this 2020 and I am not planning to buy more stocks for now. I just still HODL 2 positions that I am not going to sell at a loss. I regret buying them, but I will hold long term and see what happens. I still believe that the markets will rise long term. The 2020 has been really good for smart investors, but I am not one of those (for the stock market 😉). I prefer to stay away and be focused on the cryptocurrency market. In my opinion there are HUGE opportunities all over the space. Just take a deep look and you will be able to find 💎 GEMS!
