I had a good night sleep, I was not. bothered by clogged nose but when I woke up I still feel some sore throat and slight cough. Checked my temperature it's 36 so no fever. I will still. stay home and not report to work to avoid contact with my Office mates

I indulge in fruits today because I have colds.. I had bananas, oranges and lots of mangosteen. Do you like mangosteen?

My attempt at making crepe roll was successful. I saw some good bargain at S&R for a Teflon frying pan, so I started using it last weekend. It's so easy to make crepe. Since we have no chocolate syrup I only stuff it with fresh banana.

Sore throat, clogged nose woke me up at 2.am. Checked on my temperature it's 35.50. It's an uncomfortable feeling when you have this clogged nose. Weather has something to do with it.

I had my booster shot yesterday it's Moderna and right now I am having fever and chills. I had to go home early from work because I was not feeling well. Temperature check is 37.50 from 38.50. Did you have your booster shot done?

We spent Saturday away from home where we will have a view of the mountains and feel the cool mountain air. It's so comforting to have a mug of native hot chocolate with bread at only 60 pesos.

Happy New Year everyone. Let us greet 2022 with a happy heart.

The skies 2 days after the typhoon. Dark browny mass of clouds that dissipated in seconds. leaving clearer skies at dusk. Life is just like it, clouds are the burden but eventually will disappear soon. Good day everyone and I wish I everyone a happy and blessed Monday.

What an amazing morning with the brightness of the moon meeting us after attending the Sunday mass at dawn. Here's sharing a photo of the moon taken at 5 AM.

How are you all. my dear noisers. I am glad that Internet service in our area was restored and power lines were not greatly affected except in places which were directly hit by floodwaters. The two footbridges in our place was completely washed out and the river dike was also damaged. I took a picture of the area the morning after the storm. I pity the residents who live in the other side of the river as they need to turn around and pass through hilly areas before they get to the town proper. I hope our rescue and social services people can find means to deliver their supply of food.

Our region is one of those put under orange rainfall level due to typhoon Odette. Our mayor issued suspension of work today. With the continued downpour looks like them rain will last till weekend. How's the weather condition in your end?

r@relcap23

I woke up to a rainy dawn. Normally it doesn't rain this early unless there's a weather disturbance. I wish it will not be like days in the coming days. In 2 days time we will already have the dawn mass, a nine day mass held at 4 in the morning from Dec. 16 to 24.

We visited one town about 3 hours drive away from my town and we were amazed at the very intricate arrangements of Christmas lights.. The place is so well lighted, even the pathways going to the building. The lighted building is the Town Hall. We only have one comment which is, street children asking for alms and following everyone. They come in troops but they said they're not together when my colleague give a 100 bill for them to share.

Before the weekend we had our scheduled out of town conference. It was a sunny day when I left but it was raining all the way to our destination which is about 3 hours drive. We held the conference in a resort because we also schedule a Christmas party after the conference. Gusty winds met us and big waves though there was no storm. Anyway the conference went smoothly and it was still an enjoyable activity with foods, wine and singing. Sharing a photo of that afternoon with the leaves of the trees graciously swaying with the wind.

What color is associated with evil? White is always considered a color of purity, the color of angels. When I was small I had watched a play where the color of the devil is red and that has remained in my mind. Red for fire the symbol of evil. But Red is also considered as a lucky color, a positive color as it radiates a bright and strong positive energy.

It's almost evening but since it's December it's already dark... Still thinking of what's for dinner. We had grilled chicken for lunch and just a simple bread with butter and cranberry juice for breakfast.

My mind is blank, my fingers on the keyboard but cannot think what to write. By pressure I am tasked to do a business plan of an entity of which there are no source document to start with.

Just a bit irritated at the situation that some employees in the legislative are not doing anything but talking waiting for salary only.

A friend who has a relative who works in the Middle East shared to us this preserved dates. She's as sweet as the dates and told us if we finished it she'll give us another. Done eating with almost half. We only take a bite after meal as a dessert. We kept the seeds, will try to plant it here. Do you like dates? there's so much saga and tale about this fruit, can you share some of those you know?

r@relcap23

It's a holiday here in memory of one of our great heroes. It's a good time to relax in anticipation of busy days ahead both at work and at home. One good thing of being single is being at a liberty to stay in bed longer and just go online and no kids and hubby to attend to.

r@relcap23

Make a choice. The decision is in us If we choose to be happy then we are. If we choose to be lazy then we shouldn't expect something good in return. Good day my dear noisers and make every moment significantly beautiful. God bless you all. To God be the Glory. the butterfly in the picture which was taken in our mini garden shows how beautiful God's creation is.

Got awakened at 2 in the morning. Instead of trying to doze off to sleep I opted to just stay online and hop from one site to another site of my cyber world. I played solitaire for 30 minutes, visited social media and survey sites and doing noising. Now I feel like I want to go back to sleep it's around 4:05.in the morning.

r@relcap23

My friend sent me her produce .. It's the first fruit of her tree...We call it makopa. I checked Google and some call it Java Apple...This is not available in some parts of the Philippines because I only get to eat it in Mindanao. Anyone familiar with this fruit? If you are what benefits do we get from this fruit?

r@relcap23

Done attending Holy Mass this morning. I love the homily about love tank. Each of us has its own love tank and there are times it goes empty because of some adversities and we have nothing to give We're having Pinoy Beefsteak with some lettuce and sausage salad for lunch. What are you having for lunch this beautiful Sunday my dear noisers.

r@relcap23

Here sharing to you what I had for breakfast with a mug of piping hot healthy coffee. It's one of the most popular native delicacy in the country. It's called SUMAN, basically made of glutinous rice and coconut milk. One can add ginger and sugar. It's wrapped in banana leaves.

r@relcap23
