I love the last sentence in this sequence, which I have just written __________________________ With heart pounding, I felt desperately alone, weak and vulnerable. I needed Dominika, but didn’t want to wake her. I just needed to know she was still there, by my side where belongs, and when I saw her lying there motionless in the embrace of gentle sleep I was reassured and settled. ________________________ Hope you like it as much as I do!
