So my bit of our bedtime routine is complete. BabyRah is in his PJs all changed for the night and calmed and now MamaRah is going to feed him and put him down while i have a bath. Joints are bad again this evening. BabyRah is giggling so i think he got excited when he saw MamaRah - could be a long one again.
